Vintage at Goto ships to Australia- international shipping is currently suspended due to tariff & duties cost uncertainty. 

All purchases are shipped from Melbourne, Australia using Australia Post Standard mail with tracking- shipping upgrades are available at checkout- shipping upgrades only speeds up the delivery time and not the processing time to ship your order.

Please allow 3-5 business days for your order to be prepared, packed & shipped.

Domestic Standard Shipping- allow 3-6 business days

Domestic Express Shipping- allow 1-3 business days

Before you checkout, please make sure the details you provide are correct as I will not be held responsible for missing or delayed items due to incorrect address information provided.

Delivery information cannot be changed or updated once your item has shipped.

If a parcel is returned because it was not collected, it is the customers responsibility to pay for any return postage costs.

Once your order has shipped, you will be sent a tracking number to the email you provided at checkout to monitor your parcels progress.

I will not be held responsible for the parcel once it has been scanned by Australia Post & dispatched.

Delays or missing parcels are beyond my control once the item has shipped, but please notify me of any concerns you may have and check the tracking number for updates.

Buyers are responsible for any customs & import taxes that may apply- I am not responsible for delays due to customs.

Vintage & Pre-Loved goods cannot be returned or exchanged & each sale is final.

Please choose carefully & read the description & measurements as I try to provide as much detail as possible in order to make the right decision before purchasing.

Goods are Vintage or Pre-Loved, so will have some signs of wear consistent with age & have been hand selected & thoroughly checked & their condition noted in the description.
